Plant Forum

A feature of Southern California Horticultural Society meetings is the Plant Forum. Members bring in a wide variety of plants and cut samples and display them on tables along one side of Friendship Hall. Here they are available for viewing and comment. A knowledgeable member describes the plants for the group and a lively discussion often ensues as members share their experience with each other. Everyone is encouraged to bring in plants and cut plant parts that they would like to show to the group and learn more about from others. Vases, water and display information cards are available to exhibitors. The Green Sheet (PDF) is a sampling of the most unique plants from each months forum and is featured in our member newsletter.
